With reference to above subject and as per the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading]
Regulations, 2015 as amended, we would like to inform you that the trading window
for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for the all the Directors,
Key Managerial Personnel, Employees upto two levels below CEO, Promoters &
Promoters Group, other designated persons and their immediate relatives of
respective persons aforementioned and other connected persons in accordance with
the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company from October
1, 2026 till 48 hours after announcement of financial result for the quarter
ended on September 30, 2026.
Kindly note that the date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of
Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2026 shall be
communicated to exchange in due course of time.
This information is being informed to all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel,
Employees upto two levels below CEO, Promoters & Promoters Group, other
designated persons and their immediate relatives of respective persons
aforementioned and other connected persons as per the policy in accordance with
code of conduct that their accounts will be frozen at ISIN level and not to trade
during trading window closure period
