Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as
amended, and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading
by Insiders and Designated Persons, we hereby inform you that the “Trading Window”
for sale/purchase of and for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for
all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from 01st October, 2026
till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of
the Company for the quarter & half year ended on September 30, 2026.
The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated
to Exchange separately in due course.
