Further, in accordance with the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/12 dated July 19, 2023 the Company has confirmed the details with respect to the Designated Persons and has specified the Trading Window Closure Period to National Securities Depository Limited (‘Designated Depository’) for freezing of the PAN of the Designated Persons for trading in the securities of the Company during the trading window closure period, at security level.
