Scrip Code: 534425 Scrip Code: SPECIALITY Dear Sir/ Madam, Sub: Further clarification under Regulation 30 (7) of SEBI LODR Regulations - in continuation to disclosure dated 26 September 2026 – provisional attachment order (“PAO”); Company not named as an accused. This is in continuation of the 26 September, 2026 disclosure and that the material facts are unchanged. At the outset, the Company clarifies that it is not named as an accused in the underlying investigation referred to in the PAO and no complaint has been filed against the Company. The Company is only a noticee to the PAO as the holder of the amount provisionally attached, and not as an accused. The PAO does not initiate any action against the Company. As understood from the PAO, the investigation concerns certain investors / warrant allottees and funds received from them. The sum of ₹ 14,50,09,700 specified in the PAO is the 25% upfront amount received by the Company on allotment of convertible warrants to those allottees. That amount was forfeited by the Company because the relevant allottees did not pay the remaining 75% within the prescribed 18 month conversion period. The PAO provisionally attaches that forfeited amount (together with interest thereon, as stated in the PAO) in a bank account of the Company, for a period of 180 days. The attachment is confined to that amount. It does not attach the Company’s other assets. The Company has been cooperating with the Directorate of Enforcement, and the PAO also records that the Company, through its authorised representative and with Board authority, has provided a statement and undertook to keep the said amount available. There is no immediate impact on the operations or other activities of the Company, other than the restriction on the amount specified in the PAO. The said amount has been earmarked and is not being used in the ordinary course of business. The Company continues to cooperate with the Directorate of Enforcement and will pursue such remedies as may be available in accordance with law. Material developments will be intimated to the stock exchanges as required under Regulation 30. The above information will also be available on the company website at www.speciality.co.in.
