Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited has allotted 5,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each to eligible employees who exercised their stock options under the 'KPCL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019'. These new shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares. This issuance marginally increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital to Rs. 12,99,26,380, comprising 6,49,63,190 equity shares.
