Dear Sir, With reference to our earlier intimation dated June 27, 2026, wherein the Company had informed the Stock Exchange regarding the execution of a Hotel Lease & Operating Agreement dated June 25, 2026 with Ladhu Kara Charities (also known as Seth Ladhukara Charity Trust) for taking on lease and operating the hotel property known as “The Ocean Prime”, situated at Survey No. 3915, Near Vegetable Market, Sidhanath Road, Dwarka, Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat – 361335, we wish to further inform you that the opening ceremony of the said hotel was held on September 25, 2026. We further wish to inform you that the Company has commenced operations of “The Ocean Prime” pursuant to the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Hotel Lease & Operating Agreement. The hotel comprises 26 rooms along with restaurant facilities and is being operated and managed by the Company in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
