The record date for the purpose of determining the entrtlement of the sharehoklers for the Second Interim Dividend 2026 is Thursday, October 01, 2026. The said Interim Dividend will be paid on or before October 24, 2026. Pursuant to the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (the "Acr) and the Rules framed thereunder, as amended, dividend paid or distributed shall be taxable in the hands of the shareholders and the Company is required to deduct tax at source ('TDS") at the time of malung the payment of said dividend.
