This is to inform you that, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and in accordance
with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons
(“Code”) and the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price
Sensitive Information (“Fair Disclosure Code”) of Omnitech Engineering Limited (“the
Company”), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed
for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from
Thursday, October 01, 2026, and shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after
the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company
for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, inter alia, to consider and
approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the
second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges
separately in due course.
