Respected Sir/ Madam, With respect to Media Report regarding fire incident that took place in Company’s Manufacturing Facility at Rajkot in Morning on Saturday September 26, 2026, the management of company provides clarification and information as below in this regard:  The fire incident took place in one of coating facilities. The fire was contained, fully extinguished and situation brought under control within 30 – 60 minutes.  The manufacturing operation was resumed and normal without disruption.  There were no human casualty and material financial loss/impact in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
