In this connection, we would like to inform you, MAILLP has on July 17, 2026 filed its Statement of Defence to the Statement of Claim filed by Mr. Balaji Pawar and has also filed its Counter Claim before the Sole Arbitrator. Further, MAILLP, in its Counter Claim has claimed an amount of Rs.34,85,97,745/- (Rupees Thirty Four Crore Eighty Five Lakh Ninety Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Five Only). The Company is one of the Proforma Respondent in the Counter Claim filed by MAILLP. The Statement of Defence and Counter Claim has been filed by MAILLP on July 17, 2026 at 4:16 p.m. (IST).
