Chairman’s Speech
“Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen and a very warm welcome to the 50th Annual General Meeting of our
company.
It is my proud privilege to address you today at this landmark 50th Company’s Annual General Meeting. Reaching
this golden jubilee milestone successfully completing 50 years of growth, resilience, and serving our community
and nation- is a profound moment of joy for all of us.
This golden jubilee marks a historic milestone of half a century built on trust, innovation, and resilient growth. It
stands as a testament to our enduring commitment to excellence and the unwavering support of our stakeholders.
Our journey began in 1971 as a visionary partnership firm manufacturing fluid couplings under the brand name
Fluidomat. Driven by rapid growth and long-term ambition, the firm was converted into a Private Limited
Company in 1975, and subsequently transitioned into a Public Limited Company—Fluidomat Limited—in 1985.
Over the past 50 years, our path has been defined by resilience. We have successfully navigated economic shifts,
operational challenges and early market identity hurdles to firmly secure the trust of our customers.
As a pioneer of indigenous technology, Fluidomat designed, engineered, and manufactured high-tech products
right here in India. This placed us in direct competition with established European manufacturers who
continuously doubted domestic capabilities and urged Indian industries to rely on foreign imports. Your company
resolutely met this fierce challenge through unwavering commitment. We proved the superior quality, high
reliability and engineering excellence of our indigenous technology and venturing into new critical drive
applications.
Besides conventional applications Fluidomat has made a strong breakthrough in hi-tech Boiler Feed Pump drive
application requiring wide variation and critical speed control. Fluidomat fluid couplings have also established
in Petrochemical Industry which is another segment requiring high reliability and precision engineering.
Through relentless efforts in quality, reliability and customer satisfaction supported by continuous R & D and
product improvement, your Company enjoys high credibility in the market and continues to attract new buyers.
Today, Fluidomat is no longer just a domestic success story; it is an internationally recognized brand with fluid
couplings operating efficiently across several countries worldwide. We owe this historic milestone to the enduring
support of our stakeholders, the dedication of our workforce, and the loyalty of our customers. Thank you for
being an integral part of our journey.
FY 2025-26 ended against an exceptionally complex global backdrop, marked by geopolitical tensions, supply-
chain disruptions, volatile commodity prices and a fragmented global economy with elevated global inflation.
Amidst this challenging global backdrop, I take immense pride in highlighting the extraordinary resilience of our
home market. India stands out as the global growth outperformer. This remarkable performance is fuelled by
aggressive domestic infrastructure spending, world-class digital public platforms, and a powerful revival in
manufacturing investment.
The Company aims at securing maximum orders for various domestic new coal based power plant projects. The
Government has sanctioned numerous coal based power projects, and the Company is very hopeful of grabbing
the maximum business.
Further the company aims to enter into global market and to build world cla
