Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”)
This is to inform you that India Ratings & Research Pvt. Ltd. has, as on 17th July 2026 withdrawn its
credit rating assigned to the Non-Convertible Debentures bearing ISIN: INE294A07125.
As informed earlier, the Company had been admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution
Process ("CIRP") under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("IBC"). Subsequently, the
Resolution Plan submitted by the Successful Resolution Applicant was approved by the Hon'ble
National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, vide its Order dated March 31, 2023, in I.A. No.
1143 of 2022 in C.P. No. 2915 of 2019. Pursuant to the approval under Section 31(1) of the IBC, the
Resolution Plan attained statutory finality and became binding on the Corporate Debtor and all its
stakeholders, including all secured and unsecured Financial Creditors.
The Resolution Plan inter-alia provides for payment to Financial Creditors in accordance with the
terms mentioned thereon towards the full and final settlement of all the claims of Financial Creditors.
Accordingly, all dues payable to Debenture Holders of 11.75% Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable
Non-Convertible Debentures bearing ISIN: INE294A07125 (“NCDs”) for redemption on maturity date
has settled & stood extinguished in terms of the approved resolution plan on 31.03.2023, pursuant to
order of Hon`ble NCLT, Mumbai.
Consequently, India Ratings & Research Pvt. Ltd. has withdrawn the credit rating assigned to the
said NCDs bearing ISIN INE294A07125 with effect from 17th July 2026 on receipt of confirmation
