We now wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today i.e. July 18, 2026, has approved the appointment of Rajeev Mantri as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank with effect from September 28, 2026. He would be part of the Senior Management of the Bank. He satisfies the qualifications/ conditions prescribed under the Reserve Bank of India (Commercial Banks - Governance) Directions, 2025, for appointment of a CFO.
