Scrip Code: 504092 Subject: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window for Designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons Respected Sir/Madam, This is to inform that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons of Indokem Limited (“the Company”) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the said Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. Further, pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the PAN of designated persons of the Company will be freezed by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (Designated Depository) for trading in securities of the Company during the said trading window closure period.
