Intimation of Closure of Trading window from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

Indokem Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and aims to prevent insider trading. Furthermore, as per a SEBI circular, the PANs of designated persons will be frozen by CDSL for trading in the company's securities during this period. The board meeting date for results will be announced subsequently.
