Brief profile Mr. Amit Mittal, is a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and brings with him over 35 years of rich and diversified experience in project management and execution across the power/ oil, and infrastrucfure sectors. He currently serves as the Managing Director cum CEO of the Company, where he leads the overall strategic direction, business planning, and new business development initiatives of the organization. As Managing Director cum CEO, he oversees the management of all operations across the Group, ensuring seamless coordination between business verticals and consistent operational performance. He remains closely and personally involved in the formulation of the Company's long-term strategy and in identifying and evaluating new avenues of growth for A2Z, reflecting his entrepreneurial and growth oriented approach to leadership. Given his extensive domain knowledge, proven execution capability, and strategic vision, the Board is of the view that Mr. Mittal's continued leadership as Managing Director cum CEO will be immensely valuable in driving the Company's growth tr lsL Lvr over the next term.
