Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on September 26, 2026, considered the matter and approved not to proceed further with the proposed process for removal of the Statutory Auditors. The Statutory Auditors shall accordingly continue to act as the Statutory Auditors of the Company in accordance with the applicable provisions of law and the terms of their appointment.
