amended from time to time, will remain close from will remain close from 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours after
the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Un-
Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to Stock exchange separately.
