Dear Sir /Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and 42 read with Schedule III and other applicable
Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, as amended, please be informed that the Board of Directors of
the Company at its meeting held today, inter alia, considered and approved the
following:
1. Approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for
the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 and took note of the Limited Review Report
issued by M/s. Azad Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors
of the Company;
2. Declared 1st Interim Dividend of Re.1/- (100 %) per Equity Share (of the face
value of Re.1 / - each) for financial year 2026-27, subject to deduction of tax at
source.
3. Fixed Thursday, 23rct July, 2026 as the record date for determining
entitlements of shareholders to receive the 1st Interim Dividend for financial
year 2026-27. The 1st Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 16th August,
2026.
The Board Meeting commenced at 03:30 pm and concluded at 04:47 pm.
We hereby enclose the following:
1. Limited Review Report on Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and
Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, issued by the Statutory
Auditors of the Company.

1) We have reviewed the accompanying Statement of Unaudited Standalone Financial Result of
Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited ("the Company") for the quarter ended 301h June,
2026 ("the Statement"), being submitted by Company to the Stock Exchange viz. BSE Limited
("BSE") and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE") pursuant to the
requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, as amended ("the Regulation"), read with SEBI Circular No.
CIR/CFD/CMDl/44/2019 dated 291h March, 2019 ("the Circular").
2) The preparation of the statement in accordance with the recognition and measurement
principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standards 34, "Interim Financial Reporting'', (Ind
AS 34) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, read with
relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India,
read with the Circular is the responsibility of the Company's management and has been
approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. Our responsibility is to e>. press a
conclusion on the Statement based on our review.
3) We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2-l l ll.
