Further, for the information of the Members, it is clarified that the above shift is of a temporary nature, pending the proposed change of Registered Office from the State of West Bengal to the State of Maharashtra, which has been proposed as a separate agenda item (Item No. 4) at the 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026. The inter-state shift will be subject to the approval of shareholders by Special Resolution and thereafter the confirmation of the Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, as required under Sections 12 and 13 of the Companies Act, 2013.
