Details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (‘SEBI Circular’) are mentioned below: Sl. No. Particulars Description 1. Significant terms and conditions of Letter of Award (LOA) issued by SECI Limited is for order(s)/contract(s) awarded, in brief; providing energy storage service from Pumped Storage Plant (PSP) of 324MW / 2592 MWH capacity for 40 Years from Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date at agreed fixed annual charge and cycle loss. SECI will sign Pumped Storage Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Company subsequent to signing of Pumped Storage Sale Agreement with buying entities. Major Terms and Condition: Storage Service for 40 Years from PSP of 324MW / 2592 MWH capacity. The Company shall commence supply of storage capacity within 36 months of effective date of PPA. 3.
