The Company had submitted its Final Resolution Plan on 23/07/2026 pursuant to the RFRP issued by the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor. The Resolution Plan submitted by the Company has been evaluated in accordance with the terms of the RFRP and the applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”). The Company has been declared as the Successful Resolution Applicant pursuant to the decision of the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) of the Corporate Debtor taken at its meeting held on 25/09/2026, wherein the Resolution Plan submitted by the Company was approved by the CoC with the requisite majority under the applicable provisions of the IBC.
