Our responsibility is to issue a report on these financial results based on our review. The discl,csures relating to "Pillar 3 under Basel Ill Capital Regulations", "Leverage Ratio". ,'Liquidity coverage Ratio" and "Net stable Funding Ratio", as have been disclosed on Bank's website and in."ip""t ol*hich a link has been provided in the aforesaid Statement have not been reviewed by us. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the slalemenl based on our review. Wc conducted our review of the Statemetrt in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRH) 2410 ..Review of lnterim Financial Infbrmation Performed by the lndependerlt Auditor of the Entity". issued by the Institute ofChartered Accountants oflndia. This standard requires thal we plan and perlorm the r-eview to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the statement is free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of Bank personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit. We have not performed an audit arrd accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion. 4 l'he unaudited financial results include the relevant returns of20 branches and Treasury Division reviewed by us. 380 branches reviewed by concurrent auditors and un-reviewed returns of 1279 branches. The hnancial results also include the retevant returns ofvarious head office departments reviewed by uS. ln the conduct of our review we have also relied upon the review reports submitted by extemal concurlent auditors (including the retired employees of the Bank). These review reports cover 75.16% including y/"') \ 55.36% ofwhich has been covered by us ofthe advance porfolio (excluding the advances ofasset recovery branches and food credit) ard 1'7 .7 5''/o, including 9.48% of which has been covered by us, of gross non- performing assets (excluding the non-performing assets of assets recovery branches) of the Bank as on June 30, 2026. Apafi from these review reports, in the conduct of our review, we have also relied upon various information, reports and returns received from the un-reviewed branches/other offices ofthe Bank and generated through centralized database at Bank/s Head, Regional and Zonal olfices. 5. Based on our review conducted as above, subject to the limitations as mentioned in Para 3 and 4 above. nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the accompanying statements of unaudited financial rcsults read together with notes thereon, prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and other recognized accounting practices and policies, has not disclosed the information required to be disclosed ir terms of Regulations 33 and 52 read with Regulation 63(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, including the manner in which it is to be disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement or that i1 has not been prepared in accordance with the relevant prudential norms issued by the Reserye Bank of lndia in respect of income recognition, asset classification, provisioning and other related matters.
