Considered and Approved Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report thereon; 2. Considered and approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company in United Arab Emirates (UAE). The said financial results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today.
