We hereby further inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company also took note of the resignation of Shri Prakash Chandra Chhajed (DIN: 08037849) as Independent Directors of the Company with effect from closing hours of 20th June, 2026. Shri Manojkumar Bhagirathprasad Rawat have confirmed that he meet the criteria of 'independence' under Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 16 of the Listing Regulations. Further, He have also confirmed that they have not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any Order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
