As required by the BSE Circular No.: LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and NSE Circular No.: NSE/ CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018, it is hereby confirmed that Dr. M Aruna Shyam (DIN: 11789970) has not been debarred from holding the office of a Director by virtue of any order passed by the SEBI or any other such authority. The aforesaid appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Bank as per the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Over the course of more than two decades, he has acquired extensive experience across diverse branches of Law, including Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Co-operative, Corporate, Banking, Labour, Insurance and Service Laws. He also served as the Additional Advocate General for the State of Karnataka from the year 2020 to 2023, representing the State in several important constitutional, statutory and public law matters before the High Court and other judicial forums.
