(IST). Due to an inadvertent typographical error in the said Notice, the closing time of the remote e-voting facility was incorrectly mentioned as 5:30 P.M. (IST). The same should be read as 5:00 P.M. (IST). Accordingly, the Company has issued a Corrigendum to the Notice dated 15th July 2026. A copy of the Corrigendum to the Notice of the 2nd EGM is enclosed herewith as Annexure "A". Except for the above correction, all other contents and information contained in the EGM Notice shall remain unchanged.
