We wish to inform you that DLPL Dubai, has completed the acquisition of 80% stake in SHL, in accordance with the agreement and prevailing provisions applicable in Ghana. Accordingly, SHL is a step-down subsidiary of the Company. The disclosure(s) as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as amended from time to time, have already been duly intimated in the earlier intimation dated July 24, 2026.
