Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereto and as per policy on code of conduct for prevention of

trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated
persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st October, 2026 till 48 hours after
declaration of un-audited financial results by the Company for the quarter and half year ending
