This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015
amended time to time read with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading
in Securities of the Company, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the
Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Persons of the Company and
their immediate relative, with effect from Thursday, 01st October 2026 till 48 hours after
the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended as on
30th September 2026.
