Dear Sir/Madam,
In continuation to our letter dated 27/03/2026, the Trading Window of the Company will
remain closed from 01/10/2026 till 48 hours after the public announcement of the relevant
Quarter Financial Results for the period ending 30" September, 2026 in accordance with the
SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for concerned persons as per SEBI
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The aforesaid closure of trading window
is not applicable for the general investors, and the trading will be open for them. The date of
Board meeting will be informed in due course separately.
