The details of date of the Board Meeting for the approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the year ended on September 30, 2026 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course Accordingly, the Designated persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in securities either by themselves or by their immediate relatives during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025, the PANs of designated persons and their immediate relative of the Company will be frozen by the Designated Depository for trading in securities of the Company during the said window closure period.
