I extend my heartfelt gratitude for the trust and confidence you continue to place in EP Biocomposites Limited. ‘When we look back at the journey of EP Biocomposites, one thing stands out — our journey has always been about evolution. What started with composite building products, particularly FRP doors, gradually expanded as we understood the changing needs of our customers and the opportunities around us. Over the years, we entered the areas of fire safety, sanitation, bio- digester systems and water treatment solutions. Today, these businesses come together through three core verticals — Aqua, FRP and Fire — giving EP Biocomposites Ltd. a integrated solutions provider to participate in India's growing infrastructure and sustainability journey. FY2025-26 was an important year in this journey. We delivered a stronger financial performance, with revenue from operations increasing to %1,363.98 lakh, compared with ¥1,200.62 lakh in the previous year. EBITDA increased to %237.83 lakh, while Profit Afer Tax grew to T145.83 lakh. These aumrebflecet nort osndy growth in our business but also the improving strength of our operating platform. But for us, the year was about more than financial numbers, It was about building capabilities for the future. These numbers are the best figures in the performance of the Company till date and we look forward to improving them further. One important milestone of this journey was to effect the acquisition of the Bicholim factory premises as per the approvals given by the shareholders. Building a Stronger Aqua Business Water is becoming one of India's most important resources. As cities grow and industries expand, the need to treat, recycle and reuse wastewater is becoming increasingly important. Our Adua business is positioned around this opportunity. Through STPs, ETPs, Bio-Digesters, Bio-Toilets and water recycling solutions, we are addressing the growing need for sustainable water and sanitation infrastructure. During the year, we continued to execute projects across government, industrial, hospitality and institutional customers. Our experience with projects for organisations such as ONGC, Hubballi Smart City, Taj Cidade de Goa, Abbott India, IFB Industries and Goa Shipyard gives us confidence in our ability to undertake increasingly diverse requirements. The year saw the completion of ONGC and Cutbona jetty projects which were the noteworthy order wins of this year. “We are also building our O&M business, which aflows us to remain connected with customers beyond project completion and creates the opportunity for recurring revenues. EP Biocomposites Limited KAMAT GROUP Technology That Creates Impact Our journey with Bio-Digester technology is a good example of how we have built capabilities over time. Our association with DRDO has enabled us to offer decentralised sanitation solutions in locations where conventional sewage infrastructure may not be practical. The further helped create awareness and opportunities for adoption. During FY2025-26, we took another important step by entering into a strategic collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. We believe this partnership can strengthen our capabilities in advanced wastewater treatment and belp us develop more efficient and sustainable water-treatment and recycling solutions. For us, technology is not just about innovation. It is about finding better, simpler and more sustainable ways of solving real- world problems. Strengthening Our FRP & Fire Businesses Our FRP business remains an important part of our foundation. FRP provides a durable, low- maintenance and sustainable alternative to conventional materials and has applications across residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure segments. Over time, we have expanded beyond doors into engineered FRP products, security cabins, benches, louvres, fencing and customised solutions. This gives us an opportunity to take our manufacturing capabilities into newer applications and markets. Our Fire business adds another important dimension to our portfolio. With increasing awareness of fire safety and compliance requirements, we see opportunities for fire-rated doors across commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality and institutional infrastructure. Together, Aqua, FRP and Fire provide us with a diversified business model while allowing us to leverage our existing capabilities, customer relationships and manufacturing base. Looking Ahead As we look towards the next phase of our journey, our focus is clear. We want to expand our geographical presence, strengthen our customer and distribution network, increase our project execution capabilities and develop technology-led solutions. We also see significant potential pipeline, expanding O&M opportunities and strategic technology partnerships provide a strong foundation for the years ahead. We are looking forward to completing the Public Works Department and Water Resource Department registrations of the Company which will lay a solid groundwork for further projects. India is investing in infrastructure, water security, sanitation, sustainability and safer buildings. They represent long-term structural opportunities, and we believe EP Biocomposites is well placed to participate in this journey. Our ambition is to evolve from being a company that makes products to a company that delivers solutions — solutions that are sustainable, practical and capable of creating long-term value. 1 would like to sincerely thank our employees, customers, technology partners, suppliers, business associates and shareholders for their continued trust and support.
