Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that, in terms of the Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report
Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives" read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall
remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 01,
2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the
Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors for consideration and approval of the said financial
results would be intimated in due course.
