Ashiana Agro Industries Ltd has announced the voting results of its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 25, 2026. The meeting was conducted through video conferencing, and the voting results are as follows: Resolution 1: Adopting the audited balance sheet and profit & loss account for the year ended March 31, 2026, was passed with 100% votes in favor. Resolution 2: Appointing a director in place of Smt. Matli Sruthakeerthi was passed with 100% votes in favor. Resolution 3: Fixing the remuneration of the statutory auditors, M/s. K. Gopal Rao & Co, was passed with 100% votes in favor.
