Trading Window

Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and connected persons. The closure is effective from July 1, 2026, until August 6, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for reviewing these results in due course.
