PTC Industries Secures Landmark Order from BrahMos Aerospace for a
Strategic & Major Metallic Airframe System and its Integration.
Marks PTC’s Strategic Entry into Systems and Sub-systems for Advanced Defence
Platforms
Key Highlights
Landmark order from BrahMos Aerospace. PTC Industries Limited has received a landmark
order from BrahMos Aerospace Private Limited for the development, integration and supply
of a strategic missile sub-system for the BrahMos programme.
Strategic entry into systems and sub-systems. This is the first major order of its kind for PTC
and marks the Company’s movement further downstream from critical materials and
precision components into high-value systems and sub-systems integration for advanced
defence and aerospace platforms.
Mission-critical structural assembly. The order involves a complex, mission-critical structural
assembly required to perform under demanding supersonic structural, thermal and dynamic
conditions.
Expansion of PTC ONE™. The order adds a new and important dimension to PTC ONE™ —
From Melt to Mission™, extending the Group’s integrated manufacturing capability from
materials, castings and precision components into complex assemblies, systems and sub-
systems.
Validation of long-term strategy. The order validates PTC’s strategy of building an integrated
aerospace and defence manufacturing platform capable of serving increasingly complex and
mission-critical requirements for India’s strategic programmes.
Why This Matters
This is not a routine component order. It represents PTC’s entry into a higher-value part of
the defence manufacturing chain — systems and sub-systems integration.
The scope requires complex integration capability, combining precision manufacturing,
specialised joining, fluid-system integrity, control assemblies, structural accuracy, inspection
discipline and high-reliability execution.
The order expands PTC’s addressable opportunity from materials and components to
integrated assemblies and sub-systems for defence and aerospace platforms.
It strengthens India’s indigenous defence manufacturing capability by creating deeper
domestic capability in high-value, mission-critical assemblies for strategic platforms.

Lucknow, India — 17 July 2026
PTC Industries Limited, a leading advanced manufacturing company serving critical and super-critical
aerospace, defence and strategic applications, today announced that it has received a landmark
order from BrahMos Aerospace Private Limited for the development, integration and supply of a
strategic missile sub-system for the BrahMos programme.
This order represents a defining milestone in PTC’s journey. It is the Company’s first major order of
this nature in systems-level integration and marks an important strategic move further downstream
in the aerospace and defence value chain.
With this development, PTC begins a new chapter in its evolution — from being a trusted supplier of
critical materials, precision castings and engineered components to becoming a partner for high-
value systems and sub-systems for advanced defence and aerospace platforms.
A Mission-Critical Defence Assembly
The order involves the development and integration of a mission-critical structural assembly for one
of India’s most important strategic defence platforms. Without disclosing programme-specific
nomenclature or configuration details, the assembly is required to perform under demanding
structural, thermal and dynamic conditions associated with supersonic applications.
Its development and integration require a combination of high-precision manufacturing, specialised
joining, hermetic integrity, intricate control assemblies, high-accuracy final integration and rigorous
inspection discipline to ensure reliability, alignment, balance and structural integrity.
The award of this order reflects BrahMos Aerospace’s confidence in PTC’s engineering depth,
manufacturing discipline, quality systems and execution capability.
PTC ONE™ — From Melt to Mission™
This order strengthens PTC ONE™ — From Melt to Mission™, the Group’s integrated manufacturing
doctrine for transforming advanced materials into mission-critical components, assemblies and
systems.
Until now, PTC ONE™ has been expressed through the Group’s growing capabilities in critical
materials, Titanium and Superalloy manufacturing, precision investment castings, special processes
and high-precision machining. This BrahMos order adds a new and important layer to the PTC ONE™
journey — systems and sub-systems integration.
The order demonstrates that PTC’s integrated manufacturing system is not limited to producing
individual materials and components. It can now move further downstream into complex assemblies
where multiple materials, components, processes, inspections and functional requirements must
come together with precision and reliability.
This represents a significant expansion of PTC’s role in the value chain and a natural progression of
the Company’s long-term strategy: to build deeper, more integrated capability for critical aerospace,
defence and strategic applications.

Commercial Validation of a Long-Term Strategy
Over the past several years, PTC has been building an integrated advanced manufacturing capability
spanning critical materials, precision components, machining, special processes and assembly
capability.
These investments have been guided by a clear strategic objective — to participate in a larger share
of the aerospace and defence value chain by moving from individual manufacturing processes
towards integrated, mission-critical solutions.
The BrahMos order is an important validation of this strategy. It demonstrates that PTC’s capabilities
are now being recognised not only for material and component manufacturing, but also for complex
integration work required in strategic defence platforms.
For shareholders, this order represents a significant development. It opens a new avenue of growth
for PTC in systems and sub-systems, increases the Company’s relevance to strategic programmes,
and strengthens its positioning as an integrated advanced manufacturing partner for India’s
aerospace
