Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Prohibition, Regulation
and Reporting of Insider Trading, for dealing in securities of the Company will
remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from
October 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial
Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of
the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. The date of
Board Meeting in which financial results would be considered shall be intimated in
due course.
