We further to inform that the Company has designated ‘Central Depository Service Limited’ for restricting trading by Designated Person(s) and their Immediate Relatives by freezing PAN at security level only for Company’s ISIN-INE0CT101020 in accordance with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated 19th July, 2023 and Circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated 21st April 2025. The date of Board Meeting for approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for second quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2026 of FY 2026-27, will be announced in due course.
