Re-appointment of Mr. Vineet Krishna (DIN: 07200342) as an Independent Director of the Company from May 31, 2027 to May 30, 2032 (both days inclusive). She is also an edupreneur and the founder of an education institute in K-12 segment. She is a frequent speaker in Schools and Colleges on Motivation, Science Research and Career Counselling.
