The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said un-audited financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid period of trading window closure, the Employees, Directors, Promoters, Auditors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s share/ securities.
