Ltd., a step- down subsidiary of the Company, has commenced commercial production at its state-of-the- art Aluminium Foil facility in Sambalpur, Odisha, effective 16th July, 2026. As required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, the requisite disclosures concerning the commencement of commercial production/operations are detailed below: 1. Name of the Premium-grade Aluminium Foil (thickness range: 6 to 40 microns). Product(s) 2. Date of launch / 16th July, 2026 commencement of commercial production 3. Category of the Downstream / Value-added Aluminium Products. Product 4. Name of the Entity / SMEL Steel Structural Pvt. Ltd. (a step-down subsidiary of Shyam Metalics and manufacturing unit Energy Limited) at the Sambalpur plant in Odisha. 5. Installed Capacity & Installed Capacity: 18,000 Tonnes Per Annum (TPA). Capital Outlay Capital Outlay: The Company is investing approximately Rs. 800 Crores in aggregate for the Sambalpur Aluminium Downstream facilities (which includes both the commissioned Aluminium Foil facility and an upcoming Aluminium Flat Rolled Products (FRP) line).
