Reference: SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's
Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading
This is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the
Company shall remain closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026. The closure is in view of
the preparation and finalization of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the
quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
The trading window shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial
Results to the Stock Exchanges.
The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the unaudited financial
results will be intimated in due course.
