This is to inform you that Pursuant to Company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider trading
and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in
securities of the company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons i.e. Directors, Promoters,
Designated Employees and insiders/connected person with effect from 01st October , 2026 till 48
hours (both days inclusive) after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Result (Standalone &
Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Un-Audited Financial Result
(Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September,
2026 will be informed in due course.
