September 26, 2026 BSE Limited National Stock Exchange of India Department of Corporate Services Limited Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers Exchange Plaza, 5th Floor Dalal Street Plot No. C/1G, Block Mumbai - 400 001 Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East) Scrip Code: 543336 Mumbai - 400 051 Scrip Symbol: CHEMPLASTS Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Update on Disruption of operation – Provisional Revocation of Prohibition Order issued by Authorities Ref: i) Intimation dated July 18, 2026 regarding the disruption of operation at one of the Company’s plants namely Ethylene-Di-Chloride (EDC) manufacturing plant at Karaikal - Puducherry ii) Intimation dated July 20, 2026 regarding prohibition order issued by the Inspector of Factories, Puducherry iii) Intimation dated July 23, 2026 regarding Directions issued by the Puducherry Pollution Control Committee Further to the above intimations, upon satisfactory implementation of all necessary corrective measures to restore operations at the EDC plant, the Company has received the provisional revocation of the Prohibition Order issued by the Inspector of Factories, Puducherry and Puducherry Pollution Control Committee (PPCC), Puducherry in connection with the incident, to facilitate the recommencement of operations by adhering to certain conditions. Accordingly, the EDC plant re-commenced the operations today. The recommencement of operations will be reviewed by the PPCC before issuing the final revocation order.
