All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all aspects. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from ₹ 27,35,81,64,800 (i.e. 2,73,58,16,480 equity shares of face value of ₹10/- each) to ₹ 27,36,10,71,950 (i.e. 2,73,61,07,195 equity shares of face value of ₹10/- each).
