Trading Window

Vesuvius India Limited has informed the exchanges about the closure of its trading window for company securities. The closure will commence from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct to prevent insider trading ahead of financial disclosures.
