The equity shares of the Company shall continue to remain listed and traded on BSE Limited (‘BSE’) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (‘NSE’).The aforesaid delisting from CSE shall have no impact on the shareholders of the Company whose shares continue to be traded on BSE and NSE.
