Further to Company’s intimation letter dated 16th May, 2026 filed with the Stock Exchanges regarding admission of the
petition for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against India Power Corporation Limited
("Company") by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench — I, and subsequent intimation of
appointment of the Resolution Professional (RP), we would like to inform that the 8th Meeting of the Committee of
Creditors ("CoC") of the Company was convened on Friday, 25th September, 2026 at 03:00 P.M. (IST) through Video
Conferencing, which concluded at 7:40 P.M. (IST).
The Chairperson welcomed the members of the Committee of Creditors (‘CoC’) and other participants and recorded
appreciation to the financial creditors for consenting to convene the meeting.
The agenda items as set out in the Notice convening the meeting, along with other matters placed before the Committee,
were duly deliberated upon by the CoC. Upon deliberation, the CoC decided to put the agenda items to e-voting.
The results of the e-voting process will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges upon conclusion of the voting window and
compilation of the final voting results.
