With profound sorrow and deep regret, we hereby intimate the sad demise of Dr. Rajendra Prasad Singh (DIN: 00004812), Independent Director of the Company, on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Dr. Singh served on our Board and brought with him a wealth of experience, wisdom, and integrity that greatly benefited the Company's governance and strategic direction. His untimely demise is an irreparable loss to the Company.
