section 143 (6) (b) of the Companies Act, 2013 on the Financial Statements
(Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for financial year 2025-26 has been
received. Updated Annual Report for the FY2025-26 including C&AG Comments
(from page no. 241 onwards) along with management replies thereto, has been made
